This is the one area where we weren’t all that impressed with what Avira Antivirus Premium 2012 has to offer. While their support for the software is okay, it’s nowhere near as in depth and robust as its competitors. Software companies usually provide online chat features or email support ticket systems. Avira does not offer either of these to their customers. They do have a helpful FAQ section on their website, but we would love to see them step-up their support system to be on par with what people expect from a leader in the AV market place.
